Armenia, which has exhibited the behavior of a psychologically disturbed person since its inception, finally signed an act that shocked the whole world, especially Russia and Israel.
At the end of last May, armenians erected a statue of a great killer in the center of Yerevan, the largest collaborator of Nazi Germany in the Caucasus, or Caucasian Hitler Garegin Nzhdeh (Garegin Yeğish Ter-Harutünyan).
