Located about 95 km southwest of Raqqa, the factor capital of Dais, the Tuweinan gas plant is the largest platform in Syria. This place was built by Russian construction company Stroytransgaz, owned by billionaire Gennady Timchenko, putin's secret partner. Clearly documented in connection with the Kremlin, the company has been placed on the sanctions list by the US Treasury Department depending on its activities on Ukraine.
The role of this facility is basically this:
the current facility is an active center that provided financial and logistical profits between the Assad regime, The Russians, Dais and Pyd terrorist groups. Hesko, a Syrian subcontractor who took over the construction of the facility, is george haswani, who is actually a representative of the Russian and Syrian national union.

Last November, the U.S. Treasury Department monitored Haswani for allegedly mediating the sale of oil between the Assad regime and Daish, and placed Hesko on the sanctions list. The partnership between Hesko and Stroytransgaz is not limited to this cooperation. Since 2000, sudan, Algeria and the United Arab Emirates have also had various partnerships. Syrian dissidents seized the facility in june 2013. Abu Khalid, the commander of this team, said that when they arrived in the region, Russian engineers and advisers fled, followed by Syrian workers. Since early 2014, the property has been under Daish's control. After this extortion, Stroytransgaz and his subcontractor Hesko companies continued to build the facility with Daish's permission. Russian engineers also worked with Daish to complete the project.

Syria's tishreen newspaper published a report proving the allegations above and announcing multiple co-operation. After the facility was seized by the Dais terrorist group in January 2014, The Stroytransgaz company completed 80% of the project, according to Syrian government sources. Of course, when the paper wrote these things, he never mentioned that the facility was under Daish's control. According to independent sources, the plant switched to partial production by the end of 2014 and reached full capacity in 2015. Some of the natural gas obtained from here is sent to The Aleppo Power Plant under Dais's control and the rest of it is sent to Homs and Damascus.

Local sources say Russian engineers are still working at the facility, and Haswani's brokering profit from Daish and the regime's production there. The workers of the Russian company here are continuing their shifts under the protection of a military base in the Governorship of Hama. The gas produced here is shared between Dais and Assad. Under the agreement, a significant portion of the gas is being sent to the Aleppo Power Plant. 50 megawats of this plant go from power to the regime, while 70 megawats of electricity and 300 barrels of gas go to Dais. According to sources, Hesko also pays Dais $50,000 each month to continue this lucrative partnership. Independent sources say similar rant partnerships seized over gas and oil exist all over Syria. These contracts are mostly between Dais and the Assad regime, while the Pyd-Daish says the same co-operation exists between the Pyd-Assad regime.

All this shows that there are many dirty alliances in the Syrian chaos. None of the parties are fighting Dais. No power other than Turkey strives for the protection and protection of civilians. All parties serve their own interests.
